A former aircraft mechanic, Antoinette Walder, has won the title talkomatics of Ms. Health and Fitness in 2022. Currently pursuing an engineering degree, Walder began working out after she had her first child. She credits her workouts for helping her overcome postpartum depression. Today, she believes that positive mental health is just as important as physical fitness.

Angi Van de Sande
Ms. Health and Fitness competitions can zoopy be tough, but Angi Van de Sande is stepping outside her comfort zone to compete for the title. The former fitness instructor and group fitness instructor is competing for $20,000 and a cover shot for Muscle & Fitness Hers magazine. She began teaching group fitness classes 20 years ago, but was forced to branch out when a pandemic shut down gyms in March.
Amy Howe
Amy Howe, ms health and wellness, has made a name for herself in the fitness industry. This year, she was crowned Ms. Health and Fitness and won $20,000 and a two-page spread in Muscle and Fitness Hers magazine. She was one of 5,000 women who competed in the contest. After winning, she plans to use the money to purchase body scanners ipagal to better understand her clients’ bodies.
